چکیده

Endophytic fungi, microfungi that internally infect living plant tissues, are reported to have the ability synthesize many enzymes, growth hormones and pharmaceutically active compounds similar those in their hosted plants. This has opened a potential path of using endophytic fungi as bioreactor for mass production bioactive at lower cost. Therefore, it is necessary establish robust procedure isolation identification fungal strains capable producing desired biological compounds. In this study, we an effective surface sterilization 3 types tissue samples (root, shoot leaf) 2 herbaceous plants (Catharanthus roseus Scutallaria barbata) commercial bleach (5% NaOCl), from sterilized isolated by ITS sequencing analysis. A total 48 were successfully collected Dan Phuong (Ha Noi), Phu Dien Noi) Hai Duong city (Hai Duong). Based on results morphological observation analysis, classified one four species, including Clasdosporium colombiae, Cladosporium halotolerans, Corynespora cassiicola Albifimbria terrestris. The species pharmacologically will be investigated future studies.

Isolation, identification and biodiversity of endophytic fungi o Thymus

Endophytes are considered as an important source of bioactive natural products because thesemicroorganisms are able to occupy unique biological niches and grow in non-ordinaryenvironments. Therefore, endophytic fungi of medicinal plants can be developed for medicinalapplications. On the other hand, medicinal properties of plant can be ascribed to its endophyticfungi. Thymus sp. is widely used a...

Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Fungi from Actinidia macrosperma and Investigation of Their Bioactivities

Endophytic fungi from the Chinese medicinal plant Actinidia macrosperma were isolated and identified for the first time. This was the first study to evaluate their cytotoxic and antitumour activities against brine shrimp and five types of tumour cells, respectively. In total, 17 fungal isolates were obtained. Five different taxa were represented by 11 isolates, and six isolates were grouped int...
